The Process

  • Meet on site:

    - Understand what client wants/is hoping for.

    - Inspect site to get an idea of what will be possible

    - Understand who other stakeholders in the process are (builders, architects, landscapers etc).

    Provide quote:

    - Detailed quote broken down into build stages

    Contract:

    - Write up contract, detailing scope of works and scheduled payments

    - Client pays deposit

  • - Work in with other stakeholders where necessary on design of the pool.

    - Design and draw pool project

    - Adjust design in consultation with clients

    - Manage DA and building certification steps

    - Arrange insurances and other project administration.

  • - Site preparation

    - Site excavation

    - Formwork and steel fixing

    - Plumbing

    - Concrete pour and cure

  • - Tiling

    - Electrical work, filtration and equipment

    - Pool interior finishing

    - Permanent pool fencing

    - Acid wash, fill and balance

    - Minerals or salt added
